ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ ಪ್ರಿಯದರ್ಶಿನಿ ಮೂಲತಃ ಮೈಸೂರಿನವರು ಸಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್ವೇರ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಆಪಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ Product Manager ಆಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ೨೦ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಬೇ ಏರಿಯಾ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು ತಮ್ಮ ಪತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಲವಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಪರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಒಡನಾಟ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ೨೦೦೩, ೨೦೦೪ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕೂಟದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸಂಚಿಕೆ 'ಸ್ವರ್ಣಸೇತು' ಸಂಪಾದಕ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಂತರ ೨೦೧೪ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  

 

ಮಾತೃ ಭಾಷೆಯಾದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಪಾರ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿಮಾನ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಒಡನಾಟ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡುವುದೆಂದರೆ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಸಂತೋಷದ ವಿಷಯ. ೨೦೦೨-೨೦೦೪ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ತರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಶುರುಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು ಸುಮಾರು  ೨ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ಸುಮಾರು ವರ್ಷ ಚಿನ್ಮಯ ಮಿಷನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ತರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.  ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಶಾಖೆಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡಮ್ಮನ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಲು ಬಹಳ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ.

 

 

Prathibha Priyadarshini is basically from Mysuru. A software engineer by profession she currently works as a Product Manager at Apple Inc.  Prathibha has been a long-time resident of Bay area and has been very actively involved in KKNC, OSAAT, and other local organizations. During 2002 & 2003 Prathibha served in the editorial board of the Kannada Koota magazine Swarnasethu.

 

The love and friendship that he has received from the Kannada Community motivates her to continue her association with local Indian communities & Kannadigas in particular. Prathibha enjoys working with the children and is very passionate about teaching Kannada, preserve and pass on the Kannada language and culture to the next generation. In 2002-2004 she had started kannada classes for kids in the bay area. Later she ran the Kannada classes at the Chinmaya Mission San Jose for several years.

 

As a founding member of Kannada Kali evergreen branch, she is currently serving as the Head of the School.

ವನಿತ ಬೇಲೂರ್ ಅವರು ಕನ್ನಡ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ. ಕನ್ನಡದ ಹಲವಾರು ಚಟುವಟಿಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ   ಮಕ್ಕಳೆಂದರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಇಷ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಒಡನಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ೨೦೦೬ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ  ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದಾಗ, ಇವರು ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಆಡಳಿತ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿ , ಖಜಾಂಚಿಯಾಗಿ  ಮತ್ತು ಹಲವಾರು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯಕಿಯಾಗಿ, ಕನ್ನಡಮ್ಮನ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಿಸ್ಕೋ ಸಿಸ್ಟಮ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Vanitha Belur is a Kannada lover and involved in many Kannada activities in the Bay area as well as in Bangalore. She is one of the founder teachers of Kannada kali when it was started in 2006. She loves to interact with little children at Kannada kali class and enjoy their company! Professionally, She is a technologist, works for Cisco Systems as a senior technical project manager in SD-WAN area.

 

She is a founder member of  KKNC Kannada kali - Evergreen Branch and part of the core team. She is also serving as a treasurer and helps in day to day operations of the school!

ನಯನ ಶ್ರೀಕಾಂತ್ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಮಾತ್ತು ಬೆಳೆದ್ದಿದ್ದು ಶಿಮೊಗ್ಗ. ಬಹಳ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಬೇ ಏರಿಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಸಿದ್ದು ಸಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು Apple ನಲ್ಲಿ Program Manager ಆಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಿಲಿಕನ್ ಕಣಿವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅಕ್ಕ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಮಹಿಳಾ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ತಂಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯರಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಇವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತವಾದ ವಾತಾವರಣವುಳ್ಳ  ಗುರುದ್ವಾರವನ್ನು ಗೊತ್ತು ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ಕನ್ನಡದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಅಭಿಮಾನ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಆಟದೊಡನೆ ಪಾಠ ಕಲಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಮನರಂಜನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Nayana Shrikanth hails from Shivamogga. She has been bay area resident for many years and currently works as Program Manager at Apple. During 2014 AKKA Samellana in bay area, as part of the Women’s forum she successfully presented many good quality programs.

As a founding member of the Kannada Kali Evergreen branch, she and was instrumental in getting us the beautiful and serene setting at Gurudwara to run our Kannada kali school. An ardent Kannadiga at heart, she is serving as the entertainment Secretary and fulfilling the vision of developing love for our kannada language culture in our kids

ರಶ್ಮಿ ಕಾಶ್ಯಪ್ ಅವರ ಹುಟ್ಟೂರು ಮೈಸೂರಿನವರು, ಪರಿಸರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಪದವೀಧರೆಯಾದ ಇವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ California Water Service ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ  ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ  ಕನ್ನಡ ತರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದು  ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.  ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಮಗ್ರ  ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಆಸೆ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Rashmi Kashyap hails from Mysore. She is currently serving as Public Relations Officer at the Kannada Kali Evergreen branch. She works with the California Water Service. She is very enthusiastic about teaching Kannada to the kids and was running a kannada kali class in evergreen previously. She is one of the founding members of the Kannada Kali Evergreen branch and is very passionate about the overall development of our kannada kali school. Currently she is serving as the Public Relations Officer of the kannada kali branch.

ವಿಜಯ ಕಿರಣ್ ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಂತ ವೈದ್ಯರು, ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಕಟ್ಟಾಭಿಮಾನಿ. ಯೋಗ ಪಟು ಹಾಗೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಿಡುವಿನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು  ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ, ಮ್ಯಾರಥಾನ್  ಓಟ ಮುಂತಾದ ಹವ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು ಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಾದ ಇವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ  ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಮಗ್ರ  ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಆಸೆ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ

Vijaya Kiran is a dentist by profession. She is an ardent fan of the Kannada Language. She strongly believes maintaining fitness levels with regular exercise and yoga. She is one of the founding members of the Kannada Kali Evergreen branch and is very passionate about the overall development of our kannada kali school. Currently she is serving as the general secretary of the Kannada Kali Evergreen Branch.

ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಜಕ್ಕ ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗು ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಕೂಡ. ಇವರ ಹುಟ್ಟೂರು ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ. Cisco Systems ನಲ್ಲಿ Product Manager ಆಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ  ನಮ್ಮ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿ  ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ HSS ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹ ಬಹಳ ಸಕ್ರಿಯರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. KKNC ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ತಂಡದ ಶುರುವಾದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಕೈ ಜೋಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ್ ಜಕ್ಕ ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಎವರ್ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಶಾಖೆಯ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ  ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

 

Viswanath Jakka is basically from Davanagere and works as a Product Manager at Cisco Systems. He also serves as the Kannada Kali Core team member and has part of the local Kannada Kali team from its inception. He is also actively involved in the HSS chapter. Viswanath Jakka  currently as teachs in Level 4 class here at Evergreen branch.
